Masking policy - As a friendly reminder Heat is requiring players to wear masks for all Heat activities through 1/14/21 at which time the policy will be reviewed.

The strength & conditioning sessions for Heat travel club team athletes will focus on injury prevention of the shoulders and knees while also focusing on building a strong core.
In a fun, safe, engaging environment, our athletes will learn how to control their movements, providing long-term benefits in their development.
The strength and conditioning session will focus on landing mechanics, agility, strength, power, and anaerobic conditioning. (think of small bursts of a LOT of energy), all of which are required on the court and during practice and tournament play.
