Coach Payton is currently in her second year as Heat’s 16’s Head Volleyball Coach. Coach Payton comes from coaching UW-Green Bay Division 1 Women’s volleyball team from the successful 2018 season. Also coaching in another local Badger Region Girl’s club team for the past 7 years. Coach Payton enjoys giving back to her community at the Fox West YMCA running their Youth Volleyball Programs. She is a 2011 Seymour High School and 2018 UW-Oshkosh alum, where she played Varsity and Women’s Club Volleyball. In earlier years she played for Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton. While there, she was a two time captain and two time MVP, and conference player of the week. Coach Payton has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Leadership from UW-Oshkosh. Currently, she is employed with Outagamie County Mental Health division. She is excited to bring new development and success to Heat Volleyball. Her coaching philosophy is: I strongly believe that every season can be a successful season by simply staying on course. The desire to win, to get better, and to believe in each other is something that I push all of my athletes to use in our drills and seasons.
