This program is a jump start program that gets boys and girls hands on a volleyball as young as 5 years old! Volley Seeds offers an exciting and unique opportunity to introduce our youngest athletes to the awesome world of volleyball.

Volley Seeds League is comprised of 2 core age groups and is open to both boys and girls:

Joining our Volley Seeds means that your son or daughter will be given the great opportunity to begin growing their skills and love for volleyball up to 7 years earlier than the average player!

To Join our Volley Seeds Program there will be a fee of $17 per week towards a multi- week program, per child.  So, what's included?

  • A Heat Volleyball Club Volley Seeds T-Shirt
  • A 1-hour practice once a week for multiple weeks (parents are welcome to watch their players grow!)
  • 5u-10u age-appropriate training equipment to include a floor net for our littles.

Jump Start Your Childs Volleyball Career!

Why Heat?

The Volley Seeds program offered by Heat VBC is extremely unique within the Fox Communities Region for multiple reasons.

This program is NOT just another camp or clinic running through drills and skills. This program offers your child an early start on a REAL volleyball team experience; it will mirror the that of older club seasons and play format. Volley Seeds is an amazing and rare opportunity to give your player a step (or two) ahead of the competition! By the time your son or daughter reaches the 12U age group (the average available start date within the area) they will already have up to 7 years of training and experience!

Ready to 'SET' your child up for success?

Sign up today!  There are only 16 openings per age group.

Meet Volleyseed's Coach Payton

Coach Payton is currently in her fifth year as a Heat Head Volleyball Coach and has a total of 13 years of Club Coaching experience.

Prior to Heat, she was in a Coaching role at UW-Green Bay during the Division 1 Women's successful 2018 season!

Coach Payton is a 2011 Seymour High School and 2018 UW-Oshkosh alum, where she played Varsity and Women’s Club Volleyball.

In earlier years Payton played for Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton. While there, she was a two-time captain and two-time MVP, and conference player of the week.

Coach Payton has a bachelor's degree in Human Service Leadership from UW-Oshkosh. Currently she is employed with in Oshkosh for economic development.  She is excited to bring new development and success to Heat Volleyball Club.

Her coaching philosophy is I strongly believe that every season can be a successful season by simply staying on course. The desire to win, to get better, and to believe in each other is something that I push all of my athletes to use in our drills and seasons. Developing the player’s love for the game and respect for teammates can make a group of young athletes achieve their desired goals.

Coach Payton can be reached at paytoncampbell@yahoo.com.

Where do I go to get a USA/Badger Region Membership?

Membership in BRVA is required for you to tryout and play for HEAT Volleyball and Badger Region.

Visit the About Registration page to learn more about this memberships.  You can also visit the BRVA Membership Option page to understand how to choose what membership you are required to have.

I have decided I need to join BRVA so that my daughter is able to attend club volleyball tryouts. How do I complete this registration?

This registration system is owned and supported by BRVA, not HEAT Volleyball.  Please visit the Register for Badger Region USVA if this is your first time. Remember to write down your user name and password because you will need to use it again.

You can visit that same link if you are a renewing member.  It will walk you through everything and provides contact information if you are having problems with the registration software.  You can also visit the Registration Instruction page for details that you will need.

Which Membership to choose for the Volley Seeds program?

If your child is under 8, this one is free!

  • 22-23 Badger Junior 8 & Under Player Membership – FREE, allows for participation for those who are 8 years of age or younger during the entire membership season. Not eligible to play in national level events (Qualifiers, JNC, National High Performance teams/camps, etc.).

If your child is older than 8 - If you are only having your child participate in this one 6 week program for the next 11 months, you can purchase the below $17.50 membership.  However, if they decide they liked it and want to continue with our Volleyseeds winter session you would have to purchase a 2nd one.  This will be verified as we need all players to have a current registration.  If you think your child may end up joining summer camp opportunities in 23', best to purchase the $55 membership that will be valid through 8/31/23.

  • 22-23 Badger League Junior 17 & Under Player – $17.50, this is a four-month membership limited to 24 hours of total participation; a start date must be entered at the time of purchase. This membership is intended for athletes participating in “in-house” developmental programs offered by clubs and cannot be used for competition (ex: tournaments).
